Custom development
Start with your product, not a catalog number.
For packaging that does not already exist, send a product sample, current tray, drawing, target dimensions or annotated photos. We use that information to structure the next technical conversation.
What to send
Four useful ways to begin.
Existing packaging sample
A current tray or package you want to match, improve or replace.
CAD / technical drawing
Drawings of the product or the packaging, in any common format.
Product dimensions
Overall size and the critical dimensions the cavities must hold.
Annotated photos
Photos with notes on size, orientation and what needs protecting.
You do not need every specification on day one. Material, thickness, tooling, tolerance, packing and compliance requirements can be clarified after the initial review.
Project types
Common custom formats.
- 01
Custom thermoformed insert tray
Developed around part geometry, target package dimensions and handling requirements.
- 02
Custom compartment tray
Compartment count, cavity layout and final material defined after project review.
- 03
Packaging from your sample or drawing
An existing package, CAD drawing, photo or target dimensions as the starting point.
Project flow
Keep the first step light.
You should not need technical details you do not have yet to start a conversation.
Share
Photo, drawing, sample and rough annual or order quantity.
Clarify
Application, dimensions, target market and handling requirements.
Specify
Material, thickness, tooling, tolerances and packing requirements.
Quote
Commercial terms are prepared once the specification is sufficiently clear.
Information checklist
Data that improves quote accuracy.
