Quality & documentation

Specifications are confirmed before production.

Every project moves from specification review to sample confirmation, with documentation provided only where it can be supplied and verified.

How we handle quality
  • Specification review

Confirm material, geometry, thickness, appearance and packing requirements before production.

  • Sample confirmation

Use approved sample criteria where the project requires a physical or dimensional reference.

  • Production checks

Checks are aligned to the approved specification and sample criteria for your project.

  • Documentation

Only certificates, test reports and market-specific documents that can be supplied and verified.

Buyer questions

Answers before you ask.

What do you need from me to start a quote?

Product name, target dimensions, expected quantity and a photo or drawing are enough to begin. Detailed technical fields can be confirmed after the first review.

Can I send an existing tray sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. An inquiry can start from a photo, sample, drawing or target dimensions. The final technical route is confirmed with the factory before production.

Can dimensions, cavities or compartments be customized?

Custom geometry can be discussed as a project requirement. Feasibility, tooling and final tolerances are confirmed after technical review.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time are quoted after specification review, because they depend on the confirmed material, tooling and order profile.

Are the trays suitable for food contact?

Food-contact suitability depends on the actual material, manufacturing process and destination market. Tell us where the packaging will be sold and how it will be used, and the required documentation is confirmed before quotation.

Have a tray to quote?

Send the basics. We'll ask for the rest only if needed.

Product name, target dimensions, expected quantity and a photo or drawing are enough to begin.
